Apart from adopting stringent quality control in all plants, we implemented the ISO-9001 Quality Management System in all plants in 2000. In January 2000, we obtained the import license of special equipment for boilers and pressure vessels of mainland China. To enhance “design” and “manufacture” capabilities, we began to invest huge amounts of labor and materials in 2008 and in 2009, passed the ASME S and U certification for boilers and pressure vessels of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the inspection of the Labor Affairs Commission of the Executive Yuan for the welding of boilers, welding of category 1 pressure containers, and the type inspection of HP gas specific equipment manufacturing facilities.
